After a 23-year tenure as a teacher at Hemlock Public School District, John Mansfield has announced his acceptance of a new role. He will be taking on the responsibilities of the District Athletic Director and Assistant Principal at Saginaw Township Community Schools.

John's journey with Hemlock spans over two decades. Reflecting on his time at Hemlock, John expresses deep gratitude for the opportunities, growth, and support from the community in an email that he shared with the staff.

The decision to move on from Hemlock Public School District is understandably bittersweet for John. While he is enthusiastic about the new challenges and opportunities awaiting him in the Saginaw Township Community Schools, he cherishes the memories, camaraderie, and bonds formed over the years at Hemlock.

While John prepares for this next phase in his career, he remains deeply appreciative of his experiences in the Hemlock Public School District, valuing every lesson learned and every relationship built.

Hemlock Public School District wishes John Mansfield all the very best in his new role and looks forward to seeing the new heights he will reach in his career, confident that he will bring the same passion, commitment, and dedication to the Saginaw Township Community Schools.

Moving forward, the district is very optimistic as there are some very qualified candidates interested in joining the Huskie Pack!
