Cause for Applause

Hemlock, MI –  Hemlock Public School District Board of Education regularly honors individuals or groups for outstanding work and /or contributions to student success. This past month was no different.

The Board of Education honored High School Principal Keith Green, Middle School Principal Terry Keyser, and Elementary/K.C. Ling Principal Lori Gensch in the presence of support staff, teachers, administrators, students, and community members in attendance at the October board meeting.

Hemlock’s principals were nominated and recognized as part of the National Principals Month. The recognition is due in part for their extra efforts to make Hemlock Public School District a great place for children to learn and grow.

Superintendent Killingbeck, said, “This is one way we try to acknowledge the hard work and efforts of our employees and students. I would encourage everyone to nominate someone who goes above and beyond for recognition.”

If you would like to nominate an individual or group for the Cause for Applause Award, forms are located on the district website or by visiting the central office located at 200 Wilson Street.
