Learning never stops at HPSD. Professor Klingler from Delta College and BlitzCreek presents a "Java Programming Workshop for Robotics" at Hemlock High School. Students and mentors from Hemlock and Swan Valley attended. Gray Matter provides advanced educational opporunities.
Congratulations to Mason Ladouce he was honored and recognized by Governor Whittmer and Senator Horn and many other state and local business leaders. Mason will now travel to represent the state of Michigan in Louisville Kentucky.

Mrs. Hammond’s 2nd grade students have been studying animals. The students have created digital pictures books using Google Slide. With support from Mrs. Kato (district technology coach) students are using screencastify to make audio books. Screencastify is an extension that allows for students to record using their Chromebooks. Technology has allowed for this lesson to have more creativity and critical thinking involved.
