This online store closes on 11/04/2024 at midnight. Orders are estimated to be complete 11/15 and will be distributed by the team coach.

Our middle school cross country team competed at the Bill Agresta Inviational at their home course on Saturday. The boys team finished in 3rd and the girls team took 2nd place which earned them a runner-up plaque!
Leading the boys team was Chase Barrigar, who took 13th place with a time of 14:20 and earned a medal. Our other medalists were Henry Salowitz in 17th, who ran a 30 second PR, and John Raths in 18th, who ran a 22 second PR. The rest of our boys team finished close together, helping boost them into their 3rd place team finish: Ben Murphy in 21st, Jaden Bow in 23rd, and Jack Killingbeck in 25th.
For the girls, Kinley Gerow was our top finisher, running a strong race and taking 1st place with a time of 13:43 and earning herself a medal. Bailee Hayward ran a great race, finishing in 3rd place, earning a medal, and running a 42 second PR. Also earning medals were Morgan Rames in 7th place, Hannah Wizner in 12th place running a 3 second PR, and Natalie Casey in 13th place running a huge 1 minute, 36 second PR. Paisley Huston finished in 39th place and Lily Barrigar finished in 40th place, running a big PR by 1 minute, 10 seconds.
Maggie Raths competed in the elementary 2 mile race, where she earned a medal by placing 14th and she improved her PR by 51 seconds.
Awesome job everyone! The cross country team will compete in their final meet of the season tomorrow in Frankenmuth at the TVC Overall Championship Meet.

Hemlock Varsity Cross Country team competed in the inaugural Bill Agresta Invitational this weekend at the Bill Agresta course in Hemlock. The boys walked away as division champions and the girls were the runner ups. Both earning plaques for our Hemlock XC program! 🏆
Grady Galbraith led the entire race and finished 1st overall with a lifetime PR of 18:55 earning the gold medal. Dominic Rivette finished in 6th with a season PR of 20:58, Evan Wolgast busted out a great lifetime PR by 52 second with a time of 21:02 medaling with an 8th place finish. Our final 2 boys finished strong also earning medals Tanner Wesener 9th place with a 21:54 and Owen Rathbun 11th with a 22:26.
The girls were led by Lydia Faubert who led for the first 2 miles of the race. She finished 3rd with a time of 23:05 earning herself a medal. She was followed by Lydia Scherzer finishing 9th with 25:35. Katie Fuller ran a lifetime PR of 27:29 finishing 13th with her strong sprint to the finish. Rounding our girls was Adelia Breternitz finishing 15th earning the last medal of the race chasing down the girl in front of her at the last second! Literally the last second passing her a second ahead!
It was an amazing day to be a Huskie! All of our Varsity XC runners walked away scoring and earning medals! Our programs future hs a bright one ahead of it!
We will compete on Tuesday in Frankenmuth at the TVC Overall Championship Meet.

High school cross country ran at the Birch Run Fall Invite this week, we had the perfect conditions for racing! It was cold and we had to trudge through some rain but wow did it pay off! Our entire team that raced last night walked away with either a LIFETIME personal best or a season personal best.
Medaling for girls were Lydia Faubert running a 22:33 a 1:07 lifetime PR, and Lydia Scherzer with a 24:45 beating her lifetime PR by 55 seconds, also running lifetime PRs were Adelia Breternitz with a 27:14 beating her previous best by 45 seconds and Katie Fuller beating her previous best by 38 seconds running a 27:38. Leading for the boy's team with a lifetime record of 21:21 Tanner Wesener beat his previous record by 11 seconds, Even Wolgast also ran a personal best of 21:57 improving by 29 seconds. Dominic Rivette had a season best of 21:25 and Owen Rathbun followed suit by running a season best of 22:11.
It was a great way for our athletes to see how hard work pays off. We compete in our final TVC blue league meet next week and host the inaugural Bill Agresta Invite!


Our middle school cross country team competed at the largest of their season yesterday at the Birch Run Fall Invitational. Both the boys and girls took 5th place!
Leading the boys team was Wyatt Wenzel, who took 43rd place running a time of 13:19 and earned a medal! Chase Barrigar ran a strong race and placed 77th; sooo close to earning a medal. Ben Murphy took 110th place, and Jaden Bow finished in 117th, running a HUGE personal record. Jaden beat his old PR by almost 2 minutes! Rounding out the boys team, Henry Salowitz placed 135th, John Raths placed 160th, and Jack Killingbeck placed 161st.
For the girls, Kinley Gerow was our top finisher, taking 9th place with a time of 13:57 and earned a medal! Bailee Hayward was also a medalist, finishing in 57th place! Hannah Wizner placed 92nd, and Natalie Casey placed 152nd, running a big PR and beating her old time by 49 seconds. Making her debut as a cross country, Emme Reikowsky ran a great first xc race and finished in 230th. 💪
Also running today was Zophia Zaleski, a future Hemlock Huskie. Z took 39th and earned a medal, and ran a great time with a 15:04 considering she just raced yesterday with a huge PR! Great job everyone! 🙌 The cross country team will be back in action next Tuesday when they compete at their final TVC Blue meet.
