NEW INFORMATION

Recycling Contest- this is open to Hemlock students in grades 7-12.  Make a video, write an essay or poem, or draw a poster.  Grand prize  $250.00,  2nd place $50.00.  Flyers with more information are in the office.

Head 2 Head Meet- Your first meet is tomorrow, Feb. 22.   Mrs. Lockwood would like you to check your email and Google Classroom for information regarding this Thursday’s meet. You will be dismissed at 2:25.

High School Poms- 8th graders interested in trying out for poms next year there is a sign up sheet in the office.

High School Cheerleading- 8th graders interested in cheerleading next year there’s a sign-up sheet in the office.

SPORTS/CLUBS-

6th-8th grade Girls Softball-sign-up sheets are in the office.

7th Grade Boys Basketball-The Huskies played hard on Monday, but could not overcome the advantage of a 6'5" Lancer player that contributed 16 points, 12 of which were second chance opportunities.  The final score was 43-50 with Hemlock making a late surge to keep it interesting.  Dennis Schaffer knocked down three 3 pointers, while Luke Zastrow scored 9 points and had 4 steals.  Liam Zastrow led all Hemlock scorers with 12 points.  Good Luck today against the Freeland, 7th grade is Home starting at 4:30

8th Grade Boys Basketball- the game at Freeland will start at 4:00.  The bus will be leaving at 3:10.

Thomas Twp Spring Flag Football and Soccer- information and registration forms are in the office.

Box Tops- Please clip any box tops from home and drop the them off in the office.
